A common language where they silently remind one another when they’re out of integrity, or falling back into old patterns of behaviour that no longer serve them.
How often does this happen in the workplace? Given that:
- It typically takes 7 women for every man in a meeting for the woman’s voice to be equally heard…
- So often, women leaders are judged for who they are, not what they do…
- Women outperform their male colleagues, yet are not seen for their potential…
- They are frequently subject to unconscious biases in the workplace…
- They may even be hindered from reaching the top by female leaders in more senior roles…
These are just some of many external obstacles that hamper a woman leader and hold her back in her career.
